I joined AlMaghthawi & Partners as a Senior Lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Department, with leading responsibility for the StartRight Department, a practice initiated by AlMaghthawi & Partners to support startups and foreign investors in starting their businesses in Saudi Arabia in a compliant and efficient manner.

My role combines technical leadership with operational responsibility. I act as a lead associate on complex and time-sensitive matters, supervise legal execution across multiple files, and remain directly accountable for the quality, accuracy, and commercial soundness of the legal advice provided. I take responsibility for structuring decisions, regulatory positioning, client communications, and final legal outputs.
