Junior Associate

Shahad AlDuayj is a licensed lawyer and Junior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at Mithaq Law Firm. Her work focuses on commercial and administrative litigation, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and complex legal research. She regularly supports clients in preparing legal memoranda, pleadings, regulatory advice, and compliance assessments, with particular experience in matters relating to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations. She has been involved in a broad range of commercial and administrative matters, including government procurement and tender disputes, White Land Fees disputes, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and intellectual property matters, and contributes to complex legal studies involving corporate restructuring, business transfers, regulatory compliance, and the transfer of assets, employees, licenses, and business operations between legal entities.Prior to joining Mithaq Law Firm, Shahad worked as a Legal Consultant and Project Manager, advising clients on legal and contractual matters, managing legal projects, preparing technical and financial proposals, and delivering legal opinions across commercial and regulatory matters. Alongside her legal practice, she has distinguished herself academically through national and international awards for legal research and academic writing, has authored published legal guidance materials, and contributes to legal awareness initiatives through workshops and educational programmes.
