Mr.Hatim Omer is a highly experienced Sharia and legal consultant with over 25 years of professional experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He advises on a wide range of commercial, real estate, administrative, banking, labor, and corporate matters, with particular expertise in litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, and legal strategy.Prior to joining Mithaq Law Firm, Hatim held senior legal and leadership roles, including Head of the Legal Department at RAFAL Real Estate Development Company in Riyadh, where he led the legal department for 14 years, and Sharia and Legal Consultant and Office Director at Abdul Nasser Al-Suhaibani Law Firm & Legal Consultations, where he served for 11 years. His experience includes managing high-value and complex disputes before the Courts of First Instance, Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court, as well as advising on corporate governance, company establishment, contract structuring, real estate development, and regulatory matters. He also contributed to the development of legal frameworks, regulations, and standardized templates relating to off-plan sales and co-owners associations in Saudi Arabia, and has played an active role in training and developing legal professionals, contributing to the field through publications, legal research, and specialized training programs.

Mr. Hatim holds a Bachelor of Sharia and Law from Omdurman Islamic University, Sudan, and completed postgraduate coursework in Comparative Jurisprudence at the same university. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration, a Diploma in Business Administration, and a Diploma in Financial Accounting, and has completed several professional training programs and certifications in international commercial arbitration, including programs delivered by the International Arbitration Authority, the League of Arab States, Menoufia University, and the I.M.C. Training Foundation.

Mr. Hatim has a strong professional interest in litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, and the structuring of commercial and real estate contracts. He is particularly focused on developing legal strategies for complex commercial, real estate, administrative, labor, and arbitration matters, with strong experience in drafting legal briefs, appellate memoranda, and cassation petitions before the Supreme Court. He is known for his ability to assess legal risk and develop practical solutions that protect corporate interests and support business continuity.
Leisure
Outside of his professional practice, Hatim enjoys reading and researching comparative jurisprudence, modern laws, regulations, and recent legal developments. He also enjoys travelling, exploring different investment environments, and engaging in physical and mental activities that support balance, focus, and stress management.
