Faisal Sharaf is a licensed lawyer and Associate in the Corporate & Commercial practice at Mithaq Law Firm. He began his legal career in 2022 as a Junior Associate in the firm's Corporate Division and has since developed experience in corporate, commercial, and mergers and acquisitions matters. His practice includes advising on commercial transactions, corporate structuring, company formation, and drafting and reviewing commercial agreements. He is committed to delivering strategic and high-quality legal advisory services and is regarded as one of the firm's emerging talents. He is also a licensed Notary Public accredited by the Ministry of Justice.
