With over 14 years of experience in the Saudi market, Abdulrahman advises local and international businesses on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, capital markets, investments, and regulatory matters. He has advised on and led transactions exceeding SAR 5 billion across multiple sectors, including real estate, consumer and food, construction, operation and maintenance, and venture capital. His experience includes structuring investments, joint ventures, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, as well as advising startups and investors on fundraising activities. He also advises clients on complex restructuring, bankruptcy, liquidation, and debt-related matters involving values exceeding SAR 3 billion, and regularly acts on high-value commercial matters and strategic negotiations, leveraging his transactional experience to support the resolution of complex business issues.Prior to founding Mithaq Law Firm in 2020, Abdulrahman served as a Legal Consultant within the Legal Department of Al Muhaidib Group, where he gained extensive in-house experience advising on corporate and commercial matters. In addition to his legal practice, he holds board and advisory positions with several companies and organizations, including ESAD, Arbah Capital, Ronda Residence, Remtha Real Estate Development, and Muqbila Al-Oula Investment Company. He is also an Expert in Residence at SEEDRA Ventures and a mentor with Endeavor, supporting entrepreneurs and emerging businesses.
