Career
Mr. Meshari he acts for Saudi investment houses, listed companies, conglomerates, and semi-governmental entities on complex, high-value mandates, frequently leading deal teams and workstreams across the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through documentation, regulatory clearance, and closing. On a CMA-regulated SAR 364m acquisition by a Saudi listed company, structured as a share swap via a capital increase, he led the transaction workstream, drafting and negotiating the SPA and holding the pen on the shareholders' circular, coordinating inputs across legal, financial, and market advisors through to completion. He led the deal team on a SAR 120m minority acquisition in the F&B sector and on a SAR 600m fund-structured real estate acquisition in Madinah, in each case driving the negotiation of transaction documentation and coordinating the regulatory and structuring workstreams. He played a central role in a multi-jurisdictional cross-border acquisition for a consortium of Saudi investment houses involving UK and UAE structuresو and led a senior role to the conditions-precedent and corrective-action plan that carried a SAR 225m DBFOMT privatization through to closing following earlier delays. His broader experience includes a SAR 320m private equity minority investment in the maritime services sector and the annual renewal of SAR 17bn+ multi-lender facilities across a syndicate of more than eight banks.Within the Private Transactions Unit, he maintains a bilingual Arabic/English practice spanning Saudi Companies Law, CMA regulation, GAC merger control, and MISA foreign investment structuring. He began his career as a trainee lawyer in the corporate team at Al Suwaiket & Al Busaiyes Law Firm, following an earlier role advising startups and SMEs at the General Authority for SMEs.
