Kathryn has practised across the spectrum of UK immigration and nationality law for over 24 years. She has extensive experience in applications under the investor, global talent, and innovator categories for high net worth and high profile individuals. She is also highly experienced in sponsor licence and skilled worker applications. She has significant expertise in applications for British citizenship and in complex applications and litigation.
