Private Client

David is an Associate in the Private Client department.

David advises a broad range of UK and international clients, including individuals, families and trustees on tax, trusts and succession planning issues. David is involved in the preparation of wills and has experience preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.

David qualified into the Private Client department at Payne Hicks Beach in 2022, having joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2020.

David graduated in History (First Class Honours) from the University of Warwick before undertaking a postgraduate diploma in Theology at Oxford University. He went on to complete his GDL at the City Law School and LPC at BPP Law School.
