Position

Victor is a dual-qualified Associate in the Dispute Resolution department and advises on a broad range of commercial disputes.  He has extensive experience in advising both corporate and private clients in complex commercial and Chancery litigation, with an emphasis on company, insolvency, shareholders’ disputes, civil fraud, injunctive relief, estates disputes, and cases with contractual and trust elements.

Career

Victor started his career at the Hong Kong Bar where he practised from the preeminent set Temple Chambers.  He read Politics and Law at the University of Hong Kong before obtaining an LLM from the University of Cambridge (all First Class).  He had also tutored at the University of Hong Kong for equity and trusts and been a Judicial Assistant to the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal.

Qualified as Hong Kong barrister in 2018 and English solicitor in 2024.  Joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2023.
