Associate

I am an associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Finance department.

I have comprehensive experience of corporate and commercial transactions covering private M&A, private equity and capital markets across a range of domestic and international transactions. I also advise on company reorganisations, corporate governance, and constitutional matters.

Prior to joining Paris Smith, I spent 8 years at an international law firm in London and spent time in-house on three client secondments.

My focus is providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to businesses, investors, and management teams, ensuring as smooth and stress-free experience as possible for our clients.
