I am a solicitor in the Commercial Property and Planning department. Recently qualifying in October 2024 but having worked at Paris Smith since October 2020, I advise a wide range of commercial and non-commercial clients including developers, lenders, investors, landlords, occupational tenants and private individuals.

My key areas of practice include:

• development work (both commercial and residential);

• lettings of commercial premises;

• landlord and tenant matters;

• options, overages and conditional contracts; and

• drafting and advising on nitrate credit allocation agreements and phosphate credit allocation agreements.

I also assist our Corporate team with the property elements of their transactions including refinances, acquisitions, sales and restructures.
