I am a partner in the Corporate team at Paris Smith. I enjoy taking a commercial and constructive approach to getting deals done quickly and efficiently.

My main practice areas include:

• corporate acquisitions and disposals;
• corporate fundraisings;
• private equity;
• MBOs and similar transactions;
• corporate restructures; and
• joint ventures

I have been handling M&A transactions for more than 20 years, advising a wide range of clients including FTSE 100 companies, SME’s and owner managed businesses.

I have worked on hundreds of deals in multiple sectors, including many complex and high value transactions, as well as cross border transactions.
