am an associate in the Residential Property team and specialise in:

• sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) with or without Help to Buy ISA’S and Lifetime ISA’S;

• new build sales and purchases (including the Help to Buy Scheme);

• buy to let purchases;

• transfer of equity;

• purchase of shared ownership properties;

• re-mortgages and redemption of help to buy equity mortgages;

• auction sales and purchases; and

• right to buy purchases.

I appreciate that selling and purchasing a property can be a stressful experience. However, my aim is to provide clients with clear communication regularly throughout the transaction so they are never left worrying about how matters are progressing and to facilitate a smooth transaction from start to finish.
