I am a partner in the Commercial Property team. I joined Paris Smith in November 2013 having spent the first ten years or so of my career with a large London firm.

I specialise in:

• landlord and tenant;
• investment sales and purchases;
• site assembly and overage agreements; and
• conditional development agreements.

I have a broad range of experience in commercial property matters and advise a mix of clients from national retailers to private individuals.
