Giorgio is a Partner in the Italian Office and leads the Project Finance team in Italy.

He provides specialised legal assistance in the field of project finance, in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, as well as in construction finance.

He assists lenders and sponsors in major project financing and general contractor transactions in Italy and abroad. He also has experience in corporate transactions, structured finance and global loans.
