Position

Federica advises on competition law, on issues of consumer protection and on Golden Power rules.

She advises clients in proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission relating to cartels, abuses of dominant positions and other restrictive practices. She also assists in the preparation of compliance programmes and training. She also advises on proceedings relating to unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising and comparative advertising, with particular reference to business relations in the food supply chain.

Federica also analyses transactions that are likely to fall under the Golden Power regulations, preparing the necessary notifications where appropriate.

In 2018 she obtained a Masters in "Food & Wine Law and Management" from the Sole 24 Ore Business School, followed in 2023 by a Postgraduate Diploma with merit in EU Competition Law, from King's College, London.
