Sonia studied Criminology at the University of Leicester before undertaking a Post Graduate Diploma in Law conversion course at the University of Law.

Sonia joined the DBS team in 2024 after undertaking the Olliers internship scheme which she found insightful and enlightening and was impressed with the diverse nature of Olliers’ cases.

Sonia’s passion is to assist those less able to defend themselves and to expose the faults in matters that, on paper, appear to be clear-cut. Sonia has a persuasive way of arguing on behalf of clients which is well suited to the DBS team.
