Rebecca is an Associate in the Employment team at Bates Wells, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

She provides guidance on issues including discrimination and victimisation claims, unfair dismissal, TUPE, redundancy, and disciplinary or capability procedures. Rebecca also advises on employment contracts, produces HR guidance for organisations, and supports employment-related due diligence in corporate restructurings and service spin-outs.
