Louise is a Senior Associate in the Public and Regulatory team at Bates Wells, advising both public sector and commercial organisations across sectors including technology, education, health, retail, entertainment, and sport. Louise’s work spans public law, regulatory investigations, governance reviews, internal audits, and policy development, including drafting rules, regulations, procedures, and guidance. She also advises on judicial review, procurement litigation, and participation in public inquiries.
