Ben is a Senior Associate in the Charity and Social Enterprise team at Bates Wells. He advises all manner of organisations within this sector, ranging from large international grant-giving organisations to small sports clubs.

Ben’s particular focus is on sports-related clients, including clubs, corporate foundations, national governing bodies, grant-giving organisations and many more.

His areas of expertise are diverse and range from governance, corporate partnerships and funding through to intellectual property issues. Ben frequently advises on IP issues in contracts and grants, and he is also passionate about commercial business with a purpose beyond profit.
