Rayhaan is a Senior Associate in the Data and Privacy team within the Charity and Social Enterprise department at Bates Wells, advising UK and international clients on a wide range of data protection and privacy issues.

He supports organisations with GDPR compliance, including privacy notices, data processing agreements, internal policies, subject access requests, and breach management. Rayhaan also advises on data protection aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and warranties, and assesses privacy implications for projects and technologies from both legal and broader privacy perspectives.
