Position

Sung-Hyui Park is a Partner in the Charity and Social Enterprise team, and the Co-Lead of Development Finance at Bates Wells. She works with investors, charities, non-profits and mission-driven businesses seeking positive social or environmental impact.

Her practice focuses on equitable and innovative funding structures across impact investment and international financing, including a wide range of debt, equity, quasi-equity and blended finance arrangements.

Sung-Hyui also advises major charities, NGOs and foundations on charity law, governance, regulatory matters and commercial arrangements. She additionally works with purposeful businesses, including B Corps and social enterprises, to integrate mission and purpose into their structures and operations.
