Position

Hannah is a Senior Associate in the Employment team at Bates Wells, advising both employers and employees on complex workplace issues with a particular focus on dispute resolution and employment tribunal litigation.

She has acted in a number of high-profile and sensitive matters, including the landmark Dewhurst v CitySprint gig-economy case, securing reinstatement for a senior banking executive in a significant breach-of-contract dispute, and advising on sexual-harassment complaints in the #MeToo context.

Hannah also has extensive experience representing clients at tribunal and appellate levels, including defending whistleblowing and discrimination claims for major charities, cultural institutions and international businesses, as well as pursuing high-value group actions.
