Hannah is a Partner in the Charity and Social Enterprise team at Bates Wells and advises charities and not for profit organisations on a range of charity law issues. This includes governance, grants, contracts and mergers and incorporations.

She specialises in fundraising law, including in relation to corporate partnerships, challenge events, lotteries and regulatory compliance. Hannah also regularly advises charities on data protection matters in relation to direct marketing and fundraising campaigns.
