Laura is a Senior Associate in the Trademarks team of the Charity & Social Enterprise department at Bates Wells. She supports clients with the management and enforcement of their Intellectual Property portfolio and has extensive experience in advising clients across a wide range of commercial sectors that she can draw on to get the best possible outcome.

Her work includes advising on Trade Mark selection and filing strategies at both a UK and global level; and prosecuting trade mark applications at the UKIPO and internationally.
