Nirav is a Partner in the Corporate team at Bates Wells and co-leads the Development Finance practice. He specialises in M&A, private equity, and cross-border transactions, advising both buyers and sellers, including listed companies, private equity funds, and international foundations.

His work spans a variety of sectors, with a focus on technology, medical technology, professional services, impact investing and corporate real estate. Nirav frequently advises founders and owner-managers on all stages of their business lifecycle, from fundraising and investment rounds to M&A and exits.

In addition, Nirav has significant experience in corporate structuring, joint ventures, partnerships, and wealth planning, particularly for ESG-focused and purpose-driven clients.
