Rebecca is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team at Bates Wells, advising charities, responsible businesses, commercial organisations, and public bodies on all aspects of commercial property.

She works on acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations for landlords and tenants, and the property elements of mergers, acquisitions, and public sector spin-outs. Rebecca also advises on property legacies, technical charity property matters, and the provision of loans and grants by banks and charitable funders.
