Senior Associate

Faisal is a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Commercial team.

Faisal has experience in advising clients on a whole spectrum of corporate finance and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring, management buyouts, private equity, debt finance, acquisition finance, supply of services agreements, terms and conditions and distribution agreements.

Before joining the firm, Faisal studied Law at Brunel University. After graduating he then went on to complete his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
