Nicola joined Nockolds in 2016 and is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial Team.

Nicola completed her training contract at a leading City law firm, where she continued to practise for five years following qualification.

Nicola advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and shareholders’ agreements.

After graduating from Durham University with a First Class Honours degree in History, Nicola attained a distinction in both the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
