Marc is a partner in the Venture Capital and M&A practice at Across Legal, a firm he joined in 2015 and where he has spent his entire professional career. With a law degree from ESADE and a Master’s in Intellectual Property and Information Society from ESADE, he specializes in advising startups, high-growth companies, venture capital funds, and family offices on investment transactions, corporate governance, corporate restructurings, and M&A.

Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous significant transactions within the technology and innovation ecosystem, advising entrepreneurs and investors on financing rounds, venture debt, expansion processes, cross-border transactions, Delaware flips, and other complex corporate transactions.
