Partner

Partner at Across Legal, Àlex Plana is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, partner and lecturer at the Spanish Institute of Venture Capital (INCARI), and collaborator of the Institute of Financial Studies (IEF). He earned his law degree from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and completed a Master’s in Legal Practice at the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE), graduating top of his class. He also obtained a Master’s in International Business Law from ESADE.

He is an expert in the private equity and venture capital sector, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment rounds, and the creation of investment funds. He is the partner in charge of the Management Companies, Investment Funds, and Financial Regulation Division of Across Legal, focusing his practice on providing comprehensive services to management companies and investment funds, including their investments, acquisitions, regulatory obligations, and sustainability matters.

Before joining Across Legal, he worked in several top-tier national and international law firms in areas such as venture capital, M&A, and investment funds.
