Career
Felipe Cavero began his career at the European Commission and later at Garrigues as a corporate lawyer. He joined Across Legal in 2020, where he has specialized in corporate and real estate law. He has extensive experience advising on venture capital and M&A transactions, as well as on incentive plans, representing both venture capital funds, their portfolio companies, and business angels.
In the academic field, he has been a bilingual Commercial Law professor at San Pablo CEU University in Madrid, an accredited Intellectual Property professor at the School of Industrial Organization, and a Technology Transfer lecturer in the Master’s in International Business Law at Rey Juan Carlos University. Currently, he serves as the General Secretary of the Spanish Fintech and Insurtech Association (AEFI) and as Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the SOL Foundation.
