Iván Moll developed a large part of his professional career in a first-rate national and international law firm, joining Across Legal as a Partner in 2015.

His area of ​​practice is Commercial Law, with specialization and long experience in M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as in venture capital and stock markets. He is secretary of numerous boards of directors of Spanish companies, many of them startups in different phases of growth. He has participated in some of the most relevant operations in the entrepreneurial sector, either advising entrepreneurs or investors, including well-known international funds.
