Managing Partner

Sawita is the Managing Partner of MSC Law and leads the firm’s Capital Markets and Corporate practices. She focuses on capital markets and securities, corporate governance, board advisory, and mergers and acquisitions, with particular expertise in the power, infrastructure, real estate, telecommunications, and corporate sectors.

She has over 19 years of experience advising Thai and international clients on capital markets and securities matters. Her practice includes advising issuers across a broad range of industries, including property development, food processing, and aviation. She has extensive experience in initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions in both domestic and international markets, including offerings conducted under Rule 144A/Regulation S, as well as transactions governed by the rules and regulations of the SGX-ST, the Singapore Code of Corporate Governance 2012, and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

She has been appointed as a member of the Director Pool of the State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO) since 2023. She has also been recognized as a Highly Regarded Lawyer in Capital Markets and M&A by IFLR1000 in 2024 and 2025, and was ranked Band 4 in Capital Markets (Thailand) by Chambers and Partners in 2025 and 2026.
