Endelika Mtsariashvili is a Georgian-qualified lawyer specialising in international construction law and dispute resolution. She is currently Legal Counsel at Intelligent Solution LLC.

Her practice focuses on complex disputes arising out of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, including arbitration and dispute board proceedings, with particular experience in FIDIC-based frameworks. She advises on contract drafting and analysis, claims preparation, and dispute strategy.

Endelika combines strong litigation experience with a solid understanding of construction contracts and claims management. She has represented clients across all stages of court proceedings in Georgia, including civil and commercial litigation and enforcement actions.

Prior to her current role, Endelika gained extensive in-house experience at JSC Liberty Bank, where she was involved in litigation matters, as well as experience in private practice at Georgian law firms, advising on commercial, business, and labour law disputes.
