Associate

Thekla Panagi is an Associate, working within the Corporate and Commercial legal team. She ranked 2nd in the 2025 Cyprus Bar Examinations, achieving distinction for her academic excellence. In her role, she is involved in a broad range of legal matters, including conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and supporting the team on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.

Thekla regularly undertakes legal research and analysis, with a particular focus on corporate law, and assists senior lawyers in the coordination and execution of cross-border transactions. She also contributes to client advisory work on matters relating to company law, contract law, commercial law, and immigration law.
