Associate

Erica Costi  is an Associate, working within the Corporate and Commercial team. She assists in a broad range of matters, including, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, and corporate reorganizations.

Erica provides expert guidance to clients in establishing new businesses, including corporations, LLCs, and partnerships, and prepares all essential foundational documents such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements. She advises on ownership structures and corporate governance, supporting boards of directors and management in fulfilling their legal duties and responsibilities.
