Associate

Damianos Mina is Associate at Frangos Law and is a member of the Litigation team. His practice focuses on a broad range of civil law matters, including Banking Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Contract Law, Torts and Negligence, Insurance Law, and Family Law.

He has experience representing local banks in legal proceedings before the Cypriot courts, including foreclosure actions and disputes related to Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). Damianos has also advised and represented clients in applications for provisional and interim relief, and is regularly involved in the drafting of pleadings, legal opinions, and other court-related documents.

In addition, he provides legal advice and opinions contributing to the firm’s advisory services in areas such as contract law and litigation strategy. His role continues to expand through involvement in complex civil disputes and court procedures, building a strong foundation in litigation and client representation.

Outside of his legal practice, Damianos serves as a municipal councilor, actively contributing to the development and well-being of the city.
