Natalie Masoud is an Associate, working within the Corporate and Commercial legal team. She is engaged in a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, corporate reorganizations, and cross-border transactions. She regularly drafts and reviews a wide range of commercial and transactional documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, credit facility agreements, and various security instruments.
She also prepares legal research, legal opinions, and analysis, and contributes to client advisory work on matters of company law and contract law. Furthermore, she supports senior lawyers in the coordination and execution of complex transactions for both local and international clients.
