Associate

Gavriella Hadjigavriel is associate, where she advises on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and CySEC authorizations for investment firms and alternative investment funds, including RAIFs. She is responsible for managing licensing and regulatory processes, preparing legal documentation, and overseeing ongoing regulatory obligations.

Gavriella also supports fund formation and transactional matters, including the drafting of corporate and investment agreements, coordination of KYC and due diligence procedures, and liaison with regulators and external advisors. She delivers practical, compliant solutions aligned with EU regulatory frameworks and client business objectives.
