Associate

Theocharis Seas is an Associate Lawyer at Frangos Law, practicing within the firm’s Dispute Resolution, Banking, Estate Planning & Probate and Defence & Criminal Department. He has handled a wide range of complex legal matters, including the restructuring of Non-Performing Loans and representing local banks in legal proceedings involving applications and appeals under the domestic Transfer and Asset Law of 1965.

Beyond his banking law practice, Theocharis has been actively involved in numerous criminal cases, including assisting the Attorney General. He has substantial litigation experience, particularly in preparing pleadings related to objections, applications, and lawsuits.

Theocharis is also skilled in matters concerning the enforcement and recognition of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. In the Wills & Probate Department, he provides legal counsel on probate proceedings and guides clients through will drafting and comprehensive estate planning. He has also served as an appointed estate administrator in probate cases, ensuring the efficient and lawful administration of estates.
