Senior Associate

Maria Adamou is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department. She has been qualified as a lawyer since 2012 and advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice focuses on the drafting and negotiation of corporate agreements, including shareholders’ agreements, sale and purchase agreements, share pledge agreements and assignments of claims.

Maria advises both local and international clients, providing clear and pragmatic legal advice across a wide range of corporate transactions. Her experience also includes general corporate advisory work, with particular emphasis on day-to-day corporate matters.
