Senior Associate

Pantelitsa Michael is a Senior Lawyer, working within the Corporate and Commercial legal team. She advises corporate and private clients on immigration and employment matters, with a focus on relocating companies and individuals to Cyprus. She has extensive experience in residency and work permit applications, EU registrations, permanent residency through investment schemes, and citizenship by naturalization.

Pantelitsa also advises on corporate dissolutions and voluntary liquidations, guiding clients through statutory and regulatory requirements. She handles intellectual property matters, including the registration, protection, and management of trademarks, and drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial agreements.

Regularly working on matters with an international dimension, Pantelitsa supports cross-border transactions and provides practical, commercially focused advice with a strong emphasis on compliance and efficiency.
