Andriana Efstathiou is a Partner at Frangos Law, where she advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters.

She has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and AML, providing strategic and practical legal guidance to high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate groups operating in Cyprus. Her role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities such as advising on cross-border transactions and restructurings, managing legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding the administration of Cyprus legal entities and both local and international trusts.
