Aleka Fasianou regularly represents major financial institutions in foreclosure proceedings and enforcement actions, providing strategic and pragmatic legal advice aimed at achieving efficient and effective outcomes.

She leads the litigation team, guiding its members and ensuring the department’s consistent delivery of effective and professional legal representation.
