Demetra Zannettou is a Partner at Frangos Law and a key member of the firm’s Real Estate Department. She is a trusted advisor to clients navigating Cyprus’s property market, providing clear and practical legal advise. She advises local and international clients on the acquisition, disposal, leasing, and development of residential and commercial properties, guiding them through every stage of a transaction, from due diligence and contract negotiation to financing, construction, and completion. Skilled in drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, development and construction contracts, she ensures contracts are clear and clients’ interests are protected.

She also represents landlords and tenants in tenancy agreements, disputes, and evictions, protecting their rights and interests. In addition, she heads the firm’s Probate Department, advising on estate planning matters, including the preparation and validation of Wills and the resealing of foreign grants of probate.
