Iosif Frangos is the Founder and Managing Partner of Frangos Law, a leading Cyprus law firm established in 2000 and consistently ranked among the top 25 law firms in Cyprus. He leads a group of affiliated legal and professional services companies, including Bybloserve and Bybloserve Business Center with a combined team of 82 professionals, including 26 qualified lawyers.
Under his leadership, the firm has evolved into a multidisciplinary legal practice providing services to a diverse clientele including private individuals, entrepreneurs, corporations, financial institutions, public authorities and major Cypriot commercial banks, with particular emphasis on complex litigation and dispute resolution.
Mr. Frangos has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of practice areas including corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, real estate, M&As and strategic dispute resolution, and is personally involved in the handling and strategic supervision of complex civil, commercial and banking litigation before the Cyprus Courts.
Mr. Frangos is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, authorised by the Cyprus Bar Association, and serves as a non-executive director in several Cyprus Investment Firms and sits on the Board of Directors of A.E.K. Larnaca Football Club, reflecting his commitment to both professional excellence and community involvement.
