Gurpreet Thathy leads Valkyrie's digital forensics and cyber investigations work, supporting law firms, corporates, government agencies and high-net-worth individuals on contentious matters. His casework ranges from computer, mobile and peripheral device examination to cryptocurrency investigation and asset tracing, and he regularly provides expert witness testimony. He also runs the firm's TSCM sweeps using current detection equipment and established methodologies. His focus is on assessing a client's physical and digital exposure together, with findings documented to an evidential standard suitable for legal proceedings.
