Career

Muhammad Rahmandio Novan Pratama (“Dio”) is an Associate at A&CO Law Office, with a practice focusing on Debt Restructuring and Bankruptcy (PKPU and Insolvency), Intellectual Property, and Commercial Litigation.

Dio graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 2022. Prior to joining A&CO in May 2024, he gained practical litigation and dispute experience at a law firm in Surabaya, where he handled a range of commercial and civil matters.

During his academic years, Dio was actively involved in professional and leadership organizations, including the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) Chapter Airlangga University as Manager of Information, Communication and Technology, and served as Head of the Information and Communication Division at the Business Law Faculty of Law, Airlangga University.

At A&CO, Dio is actively involved in complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings, assisting both domestic and foreign creditors in PKPU and bankruptcy matters before the Indonesian Commercial Court. He frequently conducts on-site debt collection visits directly to debtors, and is also involved in field execution and enforcement of debtor assets, including land and property executions, providing practical and hands-on enforcement support in recovery processes.

In addition, Dio assists clients in intellectual property disputes and commercial litigation matters.

Dio passed the Indonesian Bar Examination administered by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) in 2022 and is currently awaiting formal admission as a licensed advocate.
