Associate

Dina Amini (“Dina”) is an Associate at A&CO Law Office, with a practice focusing on Corporate and Commercial matters, Intellectual Property, Industrial Relations and Employment, as well as Debt Restructuring and Bankruptcy.

Dina graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University, in 2022, majoring in Business Law. Prior to joining A&CO in January 2023, she gained in-house experience at a multinational finance company in Jakarta, providing her with strong commercial and regulatory insight into corporate operations.

During her academic years, Dina was actively involved in leadership and professional development organizations, including the Student Executive Board (BEM) at both faculty and university levels, the Business Law Studies community, and the Moot Court Community, where she participated in various legal competitions.

At A&CO, Dina regularly assists multinational and foreign direct investment (FDI) companies on corporate compliance and regulatory matters, particularly in relation to employment and manpower regulations, distributorship structures, and land execution and asset-related enforcement.

She has also been involved in complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including representing a well-known Saudi Arabian honey company under the Alshifa brand in bankruptcy proceedings against one of its Indonesian distributors.

In addition, Dina advises clients on intellectual property matters, supporting both contentious and non-contentious work.

Dina passed the Indonesian Bar Examination administered by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) in 2024 and is currently awaiting formal admission as a licensed advocate.
